Strategies
- Implement a consistent, vertically aligned, standards-based curriculum with clear learning goals and success criteria
- Use common formative and summative assessments to differentiate instruction and monitor progress
SUPPORT
Priority: Nurture the whole child through responsive MTSS systems that promote well-being and success.
Strategies
- Implement comprehensive Multi-Tiered System of Supports(MTSS) for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs to promote positive student outcomes in the areas off attendance, academic success and graduation rates
- Expand SEL and wellness initiatives, including consistent use of student well-being assessments
- Build staff capacity in trauma-informed practices and TCIS
- Promote a safe, supportive learning environment in which all students feel a sense of belonging and are provided meaningful opportunities growth
MANAGE
Priority: Responsibly optimize resources and systems to maximize efficiency, equity, and student impact.
Strategies
- Align budgets, staffing, and resources with instructional and student support priorities
- Ensure facilities and digital environments are safe, secure and conducive to learning
- Build leadership and staff capacity to manage change, drive innovation, and sustain impact
PARTNER
Priority: Build and sustain authentic partnerships that strengthen school-community connections.
Strategies:
- Engage families, students, and staff as partners in learning and school improvement
- Strengthen partnerships with local businesses, agencies, and higher education institutions
- Promote student leadership, civic engagement, and service learning
