Student and Family Help Desk Line

Parents/guardians of children learning remotely may call the Student & Family Help Desk Line at 315-963-5815 to receive IT assistance. Calls are directed to an automated answering service. Please include the following information in your message:

  •   Your Name
  •   Student Name
  •   Phone number where you can be reached
  •   Who is your internet service provider (ex. Spectrum, Windstream, Hot Spot, etc)
  •   Message briefly describing issue

A Help Desk ticket will be entered upon receipt of your message, and someone will get to you as soon as possible.

 

Tip: Please be sure to have restarted the device before calling as this fixes a multitude of issues.
